Let it draw you in and charm you ...

We call this place a land full of miracles, because miracles can be found here at every turn. A wonderful community lives here, which is made up of amazing people. Nature that breathes the sun is beautiful,
and the stories of people and this earth are unheard of. This little land, as in a lens, gathers everything
which is the most beautiful in Warmia and Masuria. Culture
and nature live in symbiosis here, giving an open heart a happy state of happiness.

Sanctuary of Our Lady of Gietrzwałd

The Marian Sanctuary in Gietrzwałd is one thing
from 6 in the world and the only place in Poland of Marian apparitions confirmed by the Vatican.  Arriving in Gietrzwałd, we are struck by the peace, modesty and humility of this place. A quiet village, hidden between Olsztyn
and Ostróda, among picturesque hills, lakes and forests, it provides an excellent climate, allowing for reflection and prayer. Today, in the basilica, we can pray in front of the miraculous image of Our Lady of Gietrzwałd from the 16th century. The Stations of the Cross, a chapel of apparitions with a spring and an alley of the Rosary were built on the hills surrounding the sanctuary. Contemplation in the surroundings of unspoiled nature allows you to experience your visit even deeper
in the sanctuary.

Warmia landscape road

In addition to the scenic hills, hills and hills,
as well as lakes, ponds or ponds formed by the melting glacier, Warmia is also distinguished by the views of red roofs or countless roadside shrines. Local tree-lined roads are an equally characteristic element of the Warmian landscape. The trees used to indicate the direction of the route. The Gietrzwałd community wanted to keep one of these streets and to this end, in 2008, established the first Cultural Park in Poland on the Gietrzwałd - Woryty route. We are pleased that Sielski Spokój is located in the middle of the route
this amazing alley.

for mushrooms, for water, or maybe for a bike ...

Unbelievable peace, quiet, closeness to nature and lakes
are our greatest assets. The multitude of wild animals that even peek through the windows makes
that you will feel with us like on a safari.

The richness of forests abundant in mushrooms and berries and the direct location in the bird refuge of Pasłęka Valley encourage to use the walking and cycling routes in the vicinity.
In the vicinity there is a possibility to use
from riding lessons. For sailors, even beginners, the nearby Olsztyn lakes offer
  extensive infrastructure, marinas
and the possibility of renting water equipment.

idyllic and peaceful ...
... or maybe spending time actively
