for relaxation, home biological renewal or regeneration after a demanding day for the body.
We offer our guests relaxation in a traditional Finnish sauna with hot and dry air,
at a temperature of up to 90 degrees C, then cooling in a log, the shape and size of which allows for easy and quick immersion in cold water, and finally relaxation in the warm water of a wooden tub, which provides comfortable and comfortable bathing for several people at the same time.

How to use?
Sauna is a treatment in the field of thermotherapy. Using the sauna is not only about heating the body. It is a thermal massage based on the alternating effect of heat and cold on our body. The entire heating and cooling process should be repeated 2 or 3 times.
During the sauna, the blood circulation increases in the body,
the work of detoxifying the body is accelerated,
and the whole body works at high speed.
We nourish the body, regulate stress, harden the body and restore vitality. Therefore, after the warming up phase, subsequent phases must follow: gradual cooling of the body (including replenishment of fluids)
and the rest phase.
This can be achieved by relaxing in a warm bath in a sump.
Principles of correct saunas
Health above all! If you feel discomfort - leave the sauna!
1. Thoroughly wash and dry the body.
2. We take off the jewelry, you can stay in a cotton outfit.
3. We enter the sauna barefoot or wearing flip-flops without metal elements
4. In the sauna, we sit on a towel with our whole body
5. We do not bring food or drink inside.
6. Do not pour water or other liquids from the stove or stones on the seats.
7. After leaving the sauna, rinse the body and cool it.
8. We rest and relax.
9. We replenish the fluids (water).
