How to use?

Sauna is a treatment in the field of thermotherapy. Using the sauna is not only about heating the body. It is a thermal massage based on the alternating effect of heat and cold on our body. The entire heating and cooling process should be repeated 2 or 3 times.

During the sauna, the blood circulation increases in the body,

the work of detoxifying the body is accelerated,

and the whole body works at high speed.

We nourish the body, regulate stress, harden the body and restore vitality. Therefore, after the warming up phase, subsequent phases must follow: gradual cooling of the body (including replenishment of fluids)

and the rest phase.

This can be achieved by relaxing in a warm bath in a sump.
